From the dashboard, click Settings → Add Account. You can either connect a broker (recommended) or import a CSV. The dashboard, journal, calendars, and analytics all populate automatically once your trades are synced.

Currently supported with direct OAuth sync:
CSV import is supported for any U.S. broker (Fidelity, Schwab, IBKR, Webull, Robinhood, etc.) via Settings → Import CSV. Direct integrations for these brokers are on our roadmap.
From your dashboard, navigate to Settings → Connected Brokers.
You'll be redirected to Moomoo's OAuth page. Tradevada requests read-only access — we cannot place trades, transfer funds, or change account settings.
Sign in to Moomoo and approve the request. You'll be returned to Tradevada.
The first sync pulls your last 12 months of trade history (typically completes in under 30 seconds for ~1,000 trades). Subsequent syncs are real-time.
The equity curve plots cumulative P&L over time. Drawdown periods are shaded in light red. A smooth, rising curve with shallow drawdowns is the goal. Sudden cliffs usually indicate a single oversized loss — go investigate.
The 12-month calendar heatmap colors each month by P&L (green = profit, red = loss, intensity = magnitude). The day-of-week × hour heatmap reveals when you actually make money — most retail traders are surprised to find their best hour is mid-morning, not the open.
Tradevada's wheel-strategy view tracks every cash-secured put, assignment, covered call, and called-away cycle for a single ticker. Premium accumulates against the underlying, and your "true breakeven" updates automatically.

Two billing options, both with full access to every feature including SnapTrade broker auto-sync:
Subscriptions begin instantly at checkout. There is no free trial — you get immediate full access from the moment payment confirms.
Upgrade from Monthly → Yearly at any time from Settings → Billing. We pro-rate the upgrade. Downgrading from Yearly → Monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account converts to read-only — your trade history stays accessible for 30 days, then is purged unless you reactivate.
From Settings → Account → Delete Account, you can permanently delete your account. We'll erase your trade data within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements for billing records). You can also email privacy@tradevada.com for a manual deletion request.
OAuth tokens expire periodically (typically every 30–90 days depending on broker). Go to Settings → Connected Brokers and click Reconnect. Trade history that synced before the disconnect remains intact.
Click Settings → Force Re-sync to re-pull the last 90 days from your broker. If a specific trade is still missing after a re-sync, email support@tradevada.com with the broker's confirmation number — we'll investigate.
Tradevada uses FIFO accounting and calculates P&L based on individual fill prices. Some brokers use average cost basis or include fees differently. Settings → Accounting → Method lets you switch between FIFO and Average Cost.
Yes — Settings → Account → Email. We'll send a verification link to the new address.
Email support@tradevada.com with a description of the problem and your account email. Average response time: 4 business hours during U.S. trading hours.
